There was one particular evening that stands out, which happened to be his daughter's birthday. This act of kindness and dedication is just one example of the many times Zaw has exceeded our expectations.
What makes Zaw even more remarkable is his ability to recognize all the members of our family whenever we come to the sushi counter, despite the numerous customers he sees daily. This personal touch is a testament to his attentiveness and genuine care for his customers.
Zaw is a prime example of exceptional customer service, and he is one of the main reasons we continually return to this Harris Teeter. His hard work and cheerful demeanor significantly enhance our shopping experience. We are truly grateful for Zaw and the outstanding service he provides.”

“This CVS is a little better than the other ones because it serves students and they are less acute than older patients. But they are still really busy and I’m sure HQ doesn’t want to help staff so every time you need something extra it feels like you’re pulling teeth and they are annoyed.”

Even though the pharmacy had just closed and she was leaving, she saw I was looking at the different Tylenols and came over to help me. My little 2 year old granddaughter was sick and she walked me through the different medications for her. I'm very grateful.”

“After spending 2 hours and wasting money trying to get a passport photo at UPS and FedEx (they couldn't either pass the government requirements, or provide it electronically), I finally found that Walgreens was by far the best place to get passport photos, especially in a electronic format. The employee was very professional, checked that the photo satisfied the requirements, and gave it to me on a USB stick for half the price of UPS.”

“From a pharmacist's perspective, the NC Board of Pharmacy is an outstanding organization.
I am licensed in multiple states, and I have never interacted with a friendlier or more helpful team than the one in NC. They share clear and useful standards, uphold them fairly, and also provide guidance, clarification, and updates proactively. On the occasions when I have had to contact them directly, they have responded in under a day and have gone out of their way to assist me with my question.
I can also tell they genuinely believe in protecting the community from the emails they send out around natural disasters (hurricanes, for instance). Based on the way this team serves both the pharmacists they regulate and the patients they protect, I honestly think this Board is the model for what a government agency should be.”

“This cvs, located on Fordham blvd, is the biggest cvs i have ever been to. It is so clean. Well organized, and nicely decor. The Store front staff are very helpful, good customer service. Store Manager is so sweet. The store manager always so attentive to customers. Great Job.
The Pharmacy department: I love this pharmacy. It is the biggest pharmacy i ever seen. It so so clean, so organized. I alway see the Pharmacy staff wiping the check out counters. The pharmacy staff are so well trained by their pharmacy manager and team lead. They are so professional and never fail in providing their customers with the utmost best customer service. Most Importantly, they are so fast. The wait in the check out line, what wait? There is never a wait there at this pharmacy, they have 3 self check out machines and the staff always so quick and fast at getting the prescriptions.
Great Work!!!
The Drive thru is also fast. Like, even faster than In and Out.

“I want to take a moment to recognize the pharmacy team at this CVS for the care and dedication they consistently show their customers.
Over the past few years, I’ve been facing some beyond very difficult personal challenges, and the pharmacists and staff here have been incredibly supportive during that time. They have gone above and beyond to help me manage my medications, assisting with prior authorizations, searching for discount options, and taking the time to carefully review each prescription with me so I feel informed and confident.
They actually know me now. I’m not just a refill number, I’m a human being to them with emotions and feelings.
I’ve learned to appreciate the ability to message through the CVS app. It’s efficient and convenient, and I typically receive a response or callback within a short time, often within 20 minutes. It makes communication much easier, especially when managing multiple prescriptions. Believe me, I use it a lot and love to get a phone call back when they already have some answers ready.
Their delivery options have also been reliable and helpful. While not all medications qualify, those that do can be delivered either by mail or by a local driver, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences with both.
The delivery staff have always been courteous and professional. They even love my koi ponds and tell me each delivery how best they are! Kindness definitely deserves notice and gratitude.
I also think it’s important to acknowledge that many challenges customers experience are related to broader changes in the healthcare and pharmacy industry….namely insurance requirements, system updates, and supply logistics rather than the local staff.
Despite these ongoing challenges, this team continues to show patience, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers. It’s a daunting task indeed.
I originally came to CVS due to an insurance change, and what I thought would be an inconvenience turned out to be a blessing. Over time, I’ve come to know many of the pharmacists and technicians by name, and it’s clear they truly want to help.
Even when something cannot be resolved immediately, it’s never due to a lack of effort or compassion.Trust me.

“This place is hit or miss. A few times people have been just straight up rude and unhelpful. But Christmas eve I witnessed a person named Baba (I think is their name?) help an elderly woman find this specific type of chocolate and spent a good 3 minutes walking around with her giving her suggestions. They were very kind and I wanted to make sure their kindness was recognized !”
