“These guys refill prescriptions within half an hour! They have a small space, but a good selection of OT medications, and various necessities. Very friendly too. Totally recommended.”

“One of the few Chapel Hill restaurants remaining from my undergraduate days at UNC. Great food and memories. I miss the Rams head Rathskeller, Ye Olde Waffle Shoppe, Hector's, Swensen's, and Mama Dip's.”

“This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used. I highly recommend them. They pick up the phone and your prescription is ready immediately. The staff is courteous and will deliver with no charge. It is such a pleasure to have them as my pharmacist.”

“Excellent place with deep expertise for natural remedies to health concerns. I had issues with hormone balance, and within a matter of months, I was back on track with the help of Chapel Hill Compounding. Fill my prescription is fast and easy, they'll even ship it to me so I don't have to make the drive out to Chapel Hill. You're in excellent hands with this place.”

“This pharmacy has consistently does MORE THAN they've promise since our first dealing with them six years ago! AND ... they'll deliver, if needed. Not to mention Maple View Farm ice cream!”

“Carolina Blue Pharmacy provides excellent customer service that really sets them apart from the big box pharmacies. They genuinely care about their customers and go over and beyond to be helpful and provide advice.”

“This is the place to come for all things Carolina. If you're a Tar Heel fan or know someone who is, you should be able to find everything you need here. This place is called "UNC Student Stores" plural because there are multiple stores inside. They include a mini mart with food and drink ("The Pit Stop"), a pharmacy, and a post office. The stores are intended for students (e.g., books, laptops, school supplies), alumni and fans (e.g., UNC apparel, gifts), employees (e.g., hospital scrubs, lab equipment), anyone really. My wife and I stopped by to pick up some temporary UNC logo face tattoos for a game. I haven't been in many college bookstores. I remember Wake Forest's store being very small, but that was decades ago. The one I'm most familiar with is Georgia Tech's (my alma mater). The two bookstores are similar in size (both large, two stories), inventory, and amenities. For example, there's a cafe on the second floor here, where we saw several students studying. Tech's is similar with a Starbucks. Tech's bookstore is much newer, the current one built in the mid-2000s. From the outside, Carolina's bookstore looks many decades old (I'm guessing it was built in the 60s). North Carolina is one of the top-selling and best-known brands in college athletics, so it wasn't surprising for me to see the vast selection of apparel and merchandise here, from niche books to cool collectibles. They even stock UNC logo lululemon clothing. I can't imagine many universities offer logo'd lululemon apparel, but UNC does. It's certainly a cool store if you're a UNC supporter. UNC Student Stores is located on-campus, across the street from the landmark Morehead-Patterson Bell Tower. We parked for free in the adjacent N8 - Undergraduate Library surface lot on a Saturday. UNC employee permit parking (N8) is required to park in this lot during business hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm. I believe it's free and open to the public otherwise, except for probably game days. The lot is small. It has about 40 parking spaces and the spots are narrow.”

“The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only disappointment was that the men's room was dirty and that the Paper towel dispenser was broken. There was a roll of paper towels sitting off to the side, but I didn't notice it until I was ready to leave. I have been impressed recently with the variety of items, especially in the alternative section, there at Harris Teeter. We will continue to shop there and give them our business.”

“This Harris Teeter location offers the best subs in town, and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the mood for a delicious and affordable sub. Their sushi bar looks great and fresh as well. Hands down, a top notch choice compared to overpriced sub shops!”

“FYI...so everyone understands this outpatient pharmacy fills controlled and prescription drugs only. If you're looking for over-the-counter items including vitamins, wheelchairs, Band-Aids, cold medications, etc, then you would want to visit the employee pharmacy in the memorial hospital on the ground floor near the gift shop. This pharmacy is not restricted to employees only for any of the front floor stocked items. They do feel employee prescriptions behind the counter as an added service to UNC healthcare staff.”

“This is a great location. It has a pharmacy, and a pretty good prepared foods section. The store was slated to be expanded into the open lot next to it, but that hasn't happened yet. I can't wait for when they do make it a larger supermarket, and add a second group of self checkout which is sorely needed. That would be my only complaint which is they have only four self checkouts and quite frankly could use twice that number in this location.”

“The pharmacists here are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, and willingly answer any questions. We also get our flu shots and other routine shots there, which is much easier than getting them at a doctor's office.”

4.4 Superb10 Reviews

“Best pharmacy I have ever done business with. They go out of their way to assist you. Also great that you can shop for dinner while waiting for prescriptions. I get a text whenever my prescription is due for renewal or pick up. Can't beat that.”

“Love this store. Great selection, great customer service. One time i got a product that had mold and i returned and showed them. They apologized, let us replace it with another of same or different brand and were extremely pleasant. It wasn’t their fault, product wasn’t expired, and it wasn’t obvious or easily visible, but they did right by us with no issue. This store is super nice.”

“After frequenting multiple CVS locations some with great service but limited stock, and others with stock but extremely rude service, I discovered this location. Despite being 25 minutes from my house, I will drive to this location every time for the quality of service and care. Thank you all for all that you do.❤️”

“We are all entitled to our own opinions right? Well here's mine: Location: 5Parking: 5Decor/Ambiance: 5Customer Service: 4Open 24:7 ... that's right seven days a week twenty four hours a day... and in Durham! The best thing smoking in this area. This location is always clean. And they are always stocked with everything I need. The staff is friendly and the location is kool. I'm just excited about it being open 24 hours a day. I wish the hot bar in the Asian bar was open 24 hours a day.”

“So knowledgeable about the health needs of UNC. I appreciate the private consultation rooms to talk more about how to use these medications. Most students I know have less experience with using meds on their own - and the staff here are always willing to help. Also convenient location to CHS medical providers makes getting your Rx a breeze.”

“Most CVS stores are very similar but I had a pleasant experience here getting a regular seasonal flu vaccine shot, even during the ongoing pandemic. Surprisingly to me, it was free! (I thought it usually cost a couple bucks)”

“Love this pharmacy-staff is always helpful and they go out of their way to make Rx as affordable as possible. My insurance does not recognize HT anymore but the in-house discount plan (typically less than it would cost w/ insurance) allows me to keep using the pharmacy I prefer. Thank you for all you do all day long!”

“Well-run. Very well-developed app for easy access to pharmacy and sales. Excellent, hard-working staff who have done triple duty during the pandemic amidst short staffing. All of their pharmacists deserve large bonuses for doing two jobs- filling prescriptions and administering vaccines.”

“Lovely Village District location and very nice service. They went through a bit of a renovation recently and though this is a mid-sized HT, it does include a hot bar and soup & salad bar with nice selections, as well as a fresh pizza station and a chef's station up front. And sshhh, secret: It is also one of our favorite Starbucks. Far more consistent than corporate locales lately. The baristas are always bright and cheerful, they've never once been out of anything, and they always get our orders correct. Avoid grocery if possible on weekends. Parking and aggressive driving in the lot can be a comically stressful. Also, if you are waiting in line at the register and someone offers to check you out in self checkout, decline politely. LOL. They will not actually help before getting pulled away, and you'll end up bagging and checking out yourself and will have lost your place in the other line.”

“I had to drop off approximately 40 packages to be picked up by fedex at this location, although they barely had the space for it, they went above and beyond and took them in so I could catch my flight In time. Really saved me and the staff was so helpful!”

“Best customer service I have experienced in years. Kindest employees ever. Nothing but love for this location. After being disappointed by almost every other pharmacy in our area this location shined and allowed us to get what we needed.”

“As a Pharmacist the Board has always been very responsive and helpful. The two negative reviews are made by members of the public who understandably do not know the functions of the Board. I am writing this as a pharmacist with 46 years of experience and very much appreciates all the work done by the Board”

“Almost every time I come down to Pittsboro to visit family we make a stop here. It's either for groceries or just getting coffee! The Starbucks baristas are super friendly and the drinks always come out perfect.”

“My husband and I have been going to the Walmart Pharmacy on 15/501 since 2014. The staff are terrific. They are helpful, caring and a bright spot in our day whenever we go there. They don't hesitate to pick up the phone if they need to consult with us about a prescription or a vaccination, and they always answer our questions completely.”

“After spending 2 hours and wasting money trying to get a passport photo at UPS and FedEx (they couldn't either pass the government requirements, or provide it electronically), I finally found that Walgreens was by far the best place to get passport photos, especially in a electronic format. The employee was very professional, checked that the photo satisfied the requirements, and gave it to me on a USB stick for half the price of UPS.”
