“The area is very fortunate to have Mark and his business. My experience with him was top notch. I had an old Nakamichi receiver that exhibited some channel noise, had a broken headphone jack and needed some preventative maintenance. He really did fabulous work. The unit is now in stellar shape.”

“Got my shattered phone screen repaired in an hour with genuine OEM parts for ~$75 less than the next best offer in town. I discovered an issue with my selfie cam a few days later and had to make a flight the next afternoon, and they fixed it for me as soon as they opened for no charge. Excellent service and reasonable prices 👍”

“I would like to know if you are planning on opening another store in Durham, near or along South Square or Northgate locations. Rte 54 is a long way from the Duke area.”

“I can't say enough about their customer service! They went way, way out of their way to fix a situation that was completely my fault, and saved my wife's birthday party! On top of that they were some kind about the whole thing! Not only that, but their products were in great, and in great condition! They had exactly what I needed, and because of them everybody had a great time! Very highly recommended!”

“Great record store with a diverse selection of records at reasonable prices. They get new stuff all the time so it's worth going there as often as possible. I'm never disappointed with their selection of records. And the employees are friendly and helpful if you are looking for something specific. It's my favorite record store in the area.”

“He cleaned up and rewired my classic Wurlitzer. The price was right and he did a great job. Looking at the one star reviews here and noticing a clear theme - it’s a buncha recently-divorced dudes up in a tizzy about the poopoo customer service experience they got at BC Sound’s that time when they brought their Crosley suitcase turntable and Grado headphones in for tune ups. For crap’s sake - buck up - if y’all need to get coddled and treated like a wittle baby then go to your mom’s house or chick-fil-a. (If you do pick the former, then tell her that “daddy” says “love ya, darlin” and that I’ll call her later this week). Anyways, this dude knows his stuff. Sure, he might be eccentric or he may come off as rude, but who cares - he’ll do a great job and he backs up his work. Recommended - five stars. (100th review - woot woot!)”
