“The team did a fantastic job at diagnosing the problem with my home computer and providing options to fix it. Michael and the team were patient with me and other customers that came in during my visits. Very happy with this team and will use them again.”

“He cleaned up and rewired my classic Wurlitzer. The price was right and he did a great job. Looking at the one star reviews here and noticing a clear theme - it’s a buncha recently-divorced dudes up in a tizzy about the poopoo customer service experience they got at BC Sound’s that time when they brought their Crosley suitcase turntable and Grado headphones in for tune ups. For crap’s sake - buck up - if y’all need to get coddled and treated like a wittle baby then go to your mom’s house or chick-fil-a. (If you do pick the former, then tell her that “daddy” says “love ya, darlin” and that I’ll call her later this week). Anyways, this dude knows his stuff. Sure, he might be eccentric or he may come off as rude, but who cares - he’ll do a great job and he backs up his work. Recommended - five stars. (100th review - woot woot!)”
