I called and spoke with Josh who was very friendly and answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me. In fact, he convinced me to buy the cheaper option that he said was best suited for my car's specifications and that the more expensive battery I currently had in it (that I got from a different company) was not necessary. I appreciate this type of honesty and they will get my business in the future because of this. Keith installed it the next day and was prompt and courteous. In all, I had a positive experience shopping at Batteries Plus.”

“I called with a cassette deck problem, knowing that this is probably not an issue this shop would take on. Sure enough, the owner was quick to confirm that they no longer service cassette decks. However, he was obviously quite knowledgable about them and was willing to chat about the problem and confirm a few things about what was and wasn't likely to be the solution. Sorry he doesn't do this kind of thing anymore, but I appreciated the pleasant conversation and attempts to offer a least something over the phone. Five stars for the phone service.”
