“Best. Mattress. Ever. Seriously. I wish I had found OMF a long time ago! Don't waste your time with big box stores. And best part is it's made locally!Purchased the Extra Firm. Was worried it would be too hard, but not at all (note, if you try out the one in the store know that it has been used, so it's not going to be as firm as when brand new). Side sleeper and this mattress is heaven for a good night sleep! It keeps spine in alignment and I wake up with no pain. Have spent thousands of dollars on high-end and plush mattresses (Serta to Sealy to Westin Heavenly Bed +, which is a joke!), because that's what I always liked and thought I needed. This OMF mattress is utilitarian, yet simple, flippable and comfortable. The best part is a good night sleep after searching many years.OMF at this CH location was great. The sales guy was knowledgeable but not pushy. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to ask questions. No upsell. Demonstrated the difference between OMF and competitor. Much better quality! In and out in 20 mins.Delivery was a breeze too, even while having to manage stairs. Got a phone call a week after delivery and even a postcard. There's an app for a reminder when it's time to flip the mattress (yes this matters). Top notch customer service, product and guarantee. Would recommend OMF to anyone else and when I need a new mattress I know where to go!”

“I was in need of 2 mattresses to be delivered to my new apt OOT. I called my local store and spoke with Don. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions about delivery and then asked me questions about the type and size of mattress I was looking for, how I sleep, my price range, etc. Don then made a couple of recommendations, and gave me info to research the mattresses online.When I visited the store, I met with Paul. He was very honest and patient while answering my many questions. He suggested mattresses to me, allowed me to lie down on 10+ mattresses, discussed the pros and cons of each product, and helped me to make decisions. I spent almost 3 hours with Paul! I spent way more money than I had planned to, but feel good about my choices. I am excited to sleep on my new luxurious mattress!The only negative about my experience was the fact that Paul spent a long time on the computer finalizing my order, and then he realized that one of the mattresses was out-of-stock. I will need to wait an additional week for delivery. That is really OK, because I can stay with a relative and I KNOW my purchases will be worth the wait!!”

“We had a great experience working with Sam at this Mattress Firm location! She was incredibly helpful and patient and also helped us find a great deal on an outlet version of the mattress we wanted. We didn’t even know about the outlet program where Mattress Firm will sterilize a mattress that was returned (only used by one customer) and sell it for a discount if it meets NC safety standards. This allowed us to get a Beauty Rest black mattress in a King size for about $2000 instead of over $4000. The Presidents’ Day sale was also happening at the same time and because we didn’t need the free adjustable frame, Sam helped us get sheets and a mattress protector of the same value. Delivery was a few days later and the team was on time and very professional. Our bed frame was purchased from a different retailer online.”

“I've thought of this place as a furniture thrift store in the past, but I noticed more this time: they have home improvement supplies (paint, parts) on the right side as your come in. They certainly have furniture (sofas, desks, filing cabinets, chairs). And they have typical thrift store items like books, housewares, decorations. I don't remember seeing much clothes, if any.”
