“Sleep expert Phil helped me out today. Dropped under $400 on a very good memory foam mattress. Phil was great, sold to my preferences and was the good kind of “good salesman.” I felt like my best interests were being considered. Recommend if you’re looking for memory foam at decent prices but don’t want to compromise quality.”
“Tony provided us excellent service. He was knowledgeable, conscientious, and committed, helping us make the right choice. Our new mattress will be delivered in two days”
“Super awesome experience! Adrian was beyond helpful and so kind. I didn’t have long to spend on shopping and I had a specific need and price point. He found it for me and we were in and out and under 30 minutes. Super clean store and he was so knowledgeable.”
“Mike at Original Mattress Factory provided truly exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, he was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the options without any pressure.
The mattress was delivered exactly as promised with no issues at all, and for the first time in a long while, I’m finally getting a great night’s sleep. Even better, I ended up spending less than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
Mike is clearly the perfect person for this job; he knows the products inside and out and genuinely wants customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend working with Mike. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Karen was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. Her years of experience made our purchase easier. She sold us our first Sleep Number 10 years ago. It was by accident that she now worked in this location.
She takes her time with you to ensure your comfort. We were there 4 hours and were very pleased with our choice. I highly recommend Karen to assist you with your new Sleep Number. Hurry soon for she retires in December 2026.”
