“Chase is the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve encountered in a long time. He knows the inventory and assisted me on purchasing the best quality mattress in my price range. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted to purchase. That particular product was not on the showroom floor for me to test. I didn’t was to purchase one I’d not tested and needed a mattress on a quick turnaround. He guided me through comparable products and I made a selection. I’d purchased from Mattress Firm previously, so the transaction was a snap. Chase took me though promotions and financing option. He made it one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had.”

Matt and his team helped me out with great care, advising me on several options and providing a relaxed environment to try them against what I felt was best fit for my needs. They were transparent about pricing and highly communicative throughout the entire process through to delivery.
