“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”

“I visited two major Tire Centers in Chaple Hill and both locations turned me away. They didn't have time to check my bad tire. I called Alfa Y Omega Tire, and they immediately said YES. I went and 30 minutes later I left with two brand-new tires. Great service!!!”
“These guys are the embodiment of what an automotive shop should be and truly live up to the chapel hill tire philosophy. I have a lowered car and it can be a pain to align it, however these guys didn't refuse nor complain and instead worked closely with me to get it on the machine and getting the alignment to the specs I'd prefer. Vaughn was awesome, talked to him about the car and what I wanted and he communicated very clearly to me. unfortunately, due to my car being lowered, it wouldn't work with their equipment. Still, they tried their hardest to help me, recommending me to diff shops and locations. I believe Chris was the gentlemen I spoke to at the front desk/phone and he was so helpful in the next steps of getting my car aligned. although I didn't get any work done these guys still deserve 6/5 stars, awesome shop.”
“I went in looking for a ‘not so usual’ tire and CHT had it in the warehouse. They were able to get it in by the next morning and replace the bad one right away. They made a valiant effort to keep my family safe and on track to leave for a trip as planned. I was at work until after they closed. Professional, understanding and thorough, Daisy led me through all the steps that would take place to repair my car, got all my contact information and handled everything exactly as she said she would. From start to finish Daisy provided me with every detail I needed to get back on the road, even including pictures of how I could get to the car after-hours. If you’re in trouble, give Daisy a call!”

“The employees of this Jiffy Lube in Carrboro were so kind, happy, helpful and efficient!!! I thought it would take a big portion of my day to take in 2 cars for inspection by myself, but they were so quick, I hardly had time to respond to my messages! The older car had a check engine light and I asked them if I could just get the codes without diagnosing and they gladly accommodated. They really made my day! I even had time to have lunch at home before my next appointment! Truly a very positive experience!”
