Truly Exceptional Service- As a business owner, I can't say enough about how incredible Pinnacle bank has been for us at Landscape Logic. Their customer service is unmatched- Monica, Roderick, Caroline, Dominique, Maria, Adam, and Derrick have each gone above and beyond for us time and time again.
When our vehicle was broken into and all our cards were stolen, this bank was our refuge. When we've sold and purchased properties, they've been our sound board - sometimes even feeling like our own personal team of advisors. They've been our calm in every storm. Through every tax season, when our operating account needed replacing, and when merchant accounts were charging us more than necessary on transaction fees - it's always felt as if they were part of our own team. Their knowledge and experience have been invaluable.
Pinnacle bank doesn't just treat us like clients; they really have become a part of our team here at Landscape Logic. They're responsive, professional, and truly care about our business and employees. I recommend them wholeheartedly to any business owner looking for a bank that shows up for you.

Pinnacle financial partners has been incredible to my fiancé and I. I have to say, this branch is incredible in every aspect of the word. They have incredible customer service and that is their niche. we have had a time in the process of buying this house and I have watched at this bank has tended to the needs of my fiancé with and made the process so much easier on us. They were truly the only thing that was about the entire process. They help us every day and our daily needs that he owns a business and I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Rodrick, Caroline, Monica and Dominique are his representatives, and I have to say that the bank is lucky to have them! I saw they had a low star rating on Google and I had to leave a review because that is far from my experience with them.

The BEST BANK I’VE EVER KNOWN. First Harrington, then BNC and now Pinnacle - through their various mergers this bank has never lost its personal touch, friendly, helpful and totally reliable, with particular thanks to MARIA CROSS who is a banking superstar. Thank goodness there are places where fabulous customer service is still a thing.

Dominique Johnson is a horrible bank manager. She refused to cash her own banks check.I asked her to explain a policy and when I disagreed even though I complied she still refused to cash my check even after I jumped through her hoops.

I never thought I would do a bad review for Pinnacle Financial Partners but today i had a terrible experience with the branch supervisor, Dominique. I have never had a unpleasant experience but I also think it’s very unprofessional to speak to a customer with disrespect in their tone over a refund. My account is very personal, but I have never had someone go through my account and personally insult me and how things have transpired on my account which is none of anyone’s business but mine. I understand being firm in a decision but communication is all about tone and what you say and how you say it. Always choose your words wisely because you never know when someone else is listening. Im sure viewers may not agree but this was my experience. Gertting a call from the regional manager along with her supervisor was very refreshing. He PLESANTLY explained to me the reasoning for her decision which i understood but he agreed that her tone and how she communicated to me shouldve remained professional no matter what. Always be the professional!
