I've been coming to SPENGA for almost two years and still really love it! The workouts change, instructors all have their own style/music, the studio often has fun games/challenges to participate in, and everyone is kind and supportive. It's also nice to see varied body types and ages attending! I recommend checking the studio out if you have any interest.

I’m so glad I joined! SPENGA is a great workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and recovery. I have been a member for a few months now and I truly enjoy it. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful; and the instructors are excellent.

This review is long overdue! I joined Spenga in 2021 and it truly is the “best werkout ever.” The combination of 20 minutes each of spin, strength, & yoga is challenging & fun. The instructors are hands on so you don’t keep making the same mistakes (& prevents injuries), the place smells amazing, the members are friendly, there are frequent social events and activities to keep you motivated to reach your goals. Also, Spenga is so clean and each person has a station with weights that only they use before they are cleaned again.

I love it here. I tried out multiple group workout classes before coming to SPENGA. One of the special things that I noticed immediately was that they remembered my name quickly and were so welcoming. I love the combination of spin, strength and yoga. I am super grateful to have found this community and am feeling so much stronger and get excited for my workouts with everyone. I have been going for about 8 months at the point of this review.

Love the mix of Cardio, Strength, and Core/Stretching (Yoga). Super effieicnt way to get it all in and the people in the studio (both employees and members) are super approachable and chill. I go with my wife, and daughter, and will bring our son once he is old enough. Feels good to spend time together and start the day strong.

I've done all types of workouts and played sports all my life. SPENGA is a unique new workout concept that I haven't done before where you do 20 minutes of spinning interval cardio workout (SP=Spin), followed by 20 minutes of strength (EN = Strength) based movements and then finishing with 20 minutes of Yoga (GA = Yoga) allowing you to stretch out all the muscles while you are still warm (SP+EN+GA). The workout just makes sense all wrapped in a 1 hour session and leaves you feeling accomplished and refreshed. It is low impact so kind on the body, they offer lots of modifications for all different fitness levels and held in a warm and inviting environment. My husband, myself and out teen daughter all workout at SPENGA so it is designed for all.

Such a fan of Spenga— I talk about it all the time with my peers because I think it’s been such a game changer in how I feel. My strength, balance and flexibility have improved immensely! The mix of spin, strength and yoga is in my opinion the ideal combo!

SPENGA Chapel Hill is awesome , I love the spinning, strength then the icing on the cake yoga! It has kept me healthy physically and mentally ! The instructors are motivational and keep you going ! I love SPENGA Chapel Hill!!

Update: I’m now well into year two with Spenga Chapel Hill and going strong. It’s the only workout that has kept me engaged and coming back for more.This place is just lovely. The staff are welcoming, kind, and motivating, and the facility is spotless and beautiful. The 60-minute workout is varied and I always get so much from it. It helps tremendously that it's broken into 20 minute sets so I never get bored. I do not feel out of place here - there are folks of all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders and you only compete with yourself. Highly recommend!

Don’t worry if you are older or out of shape. This is an inclusive environment and while you need to adjust for your own body and pace yourself you’ll see plenty of people like you. At 65 I’m realizing my fitness potential.

Going to miss this place so much when I move!! The workout is great but they also host community events and everyone is so friendly!!PS: take Maria or Jamie’s class— music is on point and energy is on point. Also Hutter & Caroline but they teach in mornings but I’m sleeping

I needed a way to get back into exercise, and I have found it in SPENGA. The instructors are so positive and encouraging. I also love the combination of 20-20-20 bike-strength-yoga because it accomplishes all my fitness goals in one class. The classes are a great mix of fitness levels, as well, so I never feel judged or out of place. After just one week I can feel myself stronger and more flexible--wow! Thank you SPENGA!

I always get an amazing workout at SPENGA! The workout is thorough, intense, and done in an hour. No two workouts are the same, so you never get bored with it. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming.

Friendly staff and instructors! Really cool concept combining spin, strength, yoga. Good for beginners but also challenging for intermediate/advanced fitness peeps! Highly recommend!
