I’m so glad I joined! SPENGA is a great workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and recovery. I have been a member for a few months now and I truly enjoy it. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful; and the instructors are excellent.

Love the mix of Cardio, Strength, and Core/Stretching (Yoga). Super effieicnt way to get it all in and the people in the studio (both employees and members) are super approachable and chill.
