I started going to SPENGA Chapel Hill a few weeks ago and I’m absolutely addicted. Not only is it an awesome workout, but the staff and instructors are all so friendly and helpful. Amanda, the owner, is so welcoming and helpful, and it feels like such an awesome community. I highly recommend it!
