Town & Country Hardware is a locally owned business serving Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and surrounding communities. It is a very clean and organized hardware store known for exceptional service. The staff are knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and in no rush, providing great customer service. They carry a wide selection, including products the big home improvement stores do not, such as a huge hardware selection, real wooden thresholds, a glass cutting department, and Ben Moore paint. They are well-stocked with birding, barbecue, yard-care, and hunting supplies, plus easy tool rentals. Prices are competitive, making it a first spot for nuts, bolts, new tools, and DIY needs. Customers recommend it as a quality vendor and a great find.
Great store with one great cashier - Leah is wonderful and makes my day more pleasant every time. She always greets me with a smile and checks my account to see if I have any coupons. She always punches my bird seed card to ensure that I will get my discounts. I am so happy to see that she is working when I come in.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Wemt there to get keys copied. They did it. Most places have a DIY machine that can be complex to operate.

Ricky that does the Stihl repairs is awesome, he will let you know if he runs into bigger problems and when a repair is not worth it. He is not trying to sell you parts or service you don't need. Always a great experience working with him and his staff.
