I've been to this post office 4 times trying to get mail forwarded. I've followed all rules, have had everything verified and my driver's license scanned and still after 2 months nothing is being forwarded (I am now 300 miles away and am getting tired of the incompetence).

This office is getting worse and worse. They didn’t honor online passport reservation. State department should just stop cooperation with usps. Such a bureaucracy
