It’s been a while since I’ve had a god experience at a post office ! But ROSALIND , made me change my mind . She was personable , graceful , and even with me being a headache , she was still kind !

Super rude staff! One person working the desk who was even rude to a person with possible disabilities. 😤 tried to call in his behalf, but unable to get through. Totally unacceptable!

Worst experience ever. I walked in for my passport appointment and immediately was turned away because the agency didn’t show up to work. I was not told. Women I spoke to was not kind.
