Worked with David at university mall Verizon. Positive experience and a first despite multiple visits to other V stores over the years ~~ professional, kind, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and PATIENT! Verizon would do well to clone this employee!

I had a great experience at this store. I had been to multiple other Verizon stores that were unable to help me transfer my information to my new phone. David Johnson at the Chapel Hill location was very helpful and easy to work with.

My husbands phone stopped working on Thanksgiving. No matter what we did we could not get it to come back! Took it to the local Verizon store and DeMarcus and Joe took over! Within 5 minutes we were back working. Great folks, easy to work with and effective! Thank you!

I was at this store trying to update my iPhone but encountered multiple obstacles since my old iPhone 6+ became nonfunctional 4 days ago. Staff at the store, Joe Crimmins, Dwayne Duane and Gabe were extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable and they were problem solving patiently applying different ways and was able to resolve my complicated phone issues. I appreciate their helpfulness and professionalism as well. This will be my Version store for any issues in the future!!

The folks at this store are so helpful. They were there for us in a very tight pinch and went above and beyond to make sure we were connected and our service was working. We are SO GRATEFUL to Joe and the rest of the staff - we will always choose this store for our Verizon connection needs!!!!

I am a new customer of Verizon from AT&T. My expierence with "Mar", my customer service representative at the University Plaza was spectacular.As going to my cell phone provider can be tasking to me. Mar made my expierence easy and actually fun.The manager I believe, "Joe" was also very efficient at running the floor during a surprising busy time as it was raining all day on a Saturday. Joe has great composure and candor under stress.Thank you team for your endeavors.

I have been here three times. The first time with DeMarcus (pleasant, calm and in training) but secure in himself to ask for help from others, another man who was not interested in anything but sales and not service, and Joe (the manager-VERY knowledgeable, agreeable and helpful. He deserves 5+ stars.

I went in to have a replacement iPad looked at as well as some other minor account issues. The entire staff could not have been more helpful. As I was the only guest in the store at the time I got star treatment. All my questions were fully answered. My iPad was successfully set up properly and the other account issues finally resolved to my satisfaction!

Unfortunately, I just had a horrible customer service experience at this store. If you don't buy your phone or accessories from them, don't expect assistance. I bought my previous phone from there and my new phone directly through Verizon to take advantage of a deal. I had a problem with tranferring data between phones and asked if they could help me. The representative was very condescending so I left and called Verizon and they walked me through the issue. That store lost me and some of my friends as customers today.

Kayla and Brad were AWESOME helping with our account. I came in about 10 minutes to closing, and they were patient and helpful, and had such a good attitude I'm kicking myself for not simply going there to start service in the first place. My problem stemmed from trying to start service over the phone, and you can have a lot more problems that way. Nice going staff!
