300 Optimist is a great building! I love being able to walk right out of the apartments and get to Optimist Hall or the train station.

Since the property has gone under new ownership there has been a delightful transition in quality of living. The location has always been phenomenal in such a fun growing area for young professionals. The property is on the way up in Charlotte. Very much looking forward to continued growth.
