“Really love this community and the staff even more. I’ve been living here long enough to see a couple of management staff changes. At first it was excellent, then it went to ok and now it’s back to excellent. Annette, Kiana and Aarian are like Charlie’s Angels lol. They’re always pleasant, always willing to help and always going above and beyond. If I have an issue it’s addressed/handled immediately.The maintenance staff is great too. They have gone through some challenges and had a slower than normal response time at one point But, they are and have always been courteous and competent.The grounds are kept well maintained and clean and pretty. The pool area is peaceful and the grills throughout the complex (and main one at the pool) are super convenient in the summer.While I’m not exactly dog friendly (still healing from childhood trauma) the complex is and those with dogs definitely comply with keeping them leashed outside and they seem to enjoy the dog park.I saw a few complaints about neighbors and will say that whether you rent an apartment or buy a house you cannot choose your neighbors. You might get lucky you might not. I’ve done both and I’ve had both. Since I’ve been here I’ve only had 3 neighbor related issues. Two of them were able to be addressed directly with my neighbors (as it should be because we’re neighbors??‍♀️). The other was resolved by staff immediately.Overall, I would absolutely recommend living here and I’ve already renewed my lease. They deserve all 5 stars ⭐️ ?⭐️?⭐️”

It's always been a staple in South End's residential community but the upgrades currently being made are transforming the building into the go-to spot for new residents wanting luxury, hassle-free housing and easy access to everything South End has to offer! Highly recommend.”

“I've enjoyed my first year at Lantower Waverly. The staff is helpful and I particularly love that the facilities staff always takes time to say hello to my dog. The property is kept in good condition and there is reinvestment happening. For example, the exterior of the entire complex was painted soon after I moved in and parking was resurfaced during the summer. The apartments are plenty nice, but if you're looking for the highest end building materials/fixtures there are other properties out there that have splurged more on those. One complaint - and this is really beyond management's control - is that there seems to be a car club or group of less-than-considerate folks who love drifting around the traffic circles late at night being obnoxiously loud with their unimpressive cars. It's not every night, but it is a pattern, especially on weekends.”

“An’Nasia was the absolute best! Was able to help my fiancée find an amazing apartment, the tour was efficient and communication about amenities as well as the community was SPOT ON! We’ve never had an experience with a leasing office as great as this! Even though we had to wait (20 mins max) due to it being a busy Saturday An’Nasia made sure we were comfortable and knew about the available refreshments in the office. 10/10 experience 10/10 Rep 10/10 apartments!”

“I rented a "junior one bedroom" at The Villages 2012-2014. The apartment was called a junior one bedroom but the office manager, Penny, told me it was more like an efficiency with a wall between the living room and bedroom area...which was true. Rented the apartment sight unseen since there were no open apartments when I was apartment hunting. I was happy with my decision!! The apartment was just for myself. Had I been moving in with a girlfriend it would have been kind of cramped. I was there before the kitchens and bathrooms were upgraded. The apartment had washer and dryer connections but only an apartment sized stacked or stackable unit(s) could be used. Never had a problem with the rental office, the grounds were well kept, and they did have some type of community event once a month. The one drawback that will effect you on a month to month basis is (was?) that the windows weren't very energy efficient. In the winter expect to run the heat a lot. These apartments are relatively close to the Sharon Rd West Lynx station BUT the walk will be up a decent incline hill to Sharon Rd West that has no sidewalk (since I was living there the street leading up to Sharon Rd West has had a sidewalk now). The traditional one and two bedroom apartments have a screened in deck, the space for a full sized washer and dryer and fireplace. I would definitely rent here again if I still lived in the area. Penny was always a pleasure to deal with when going in to the office.”

“The rooms are spacious and allow a lot of natural light in. The price is higher than the other apartments in the vicinity, but it is right next to the yellow line, and the building looked better maintained compared to the others.Although we ultimately ended up leasing somewhere else, I do want to give a shoutout to the staff at Elizabeth Square. They went above to accommodate us. Blake, Iman, and Marie were fully transparent and professional.”

“Living at Camden Gallery has been a really positive experience for me. The location strikes a nice balance between convenience and calmness, making it easy to access what I need without feeling overwhelmed. I've been living here without a car and I've had no issues getting around as South End is very walk-able, the light rail is right across the street, and there are usually scooters on Camden Road. The amenities, like the fitness center, rooftop terrace, club room, and pool, are well-kept and add to the overall comfort.The staff here have been incredibly helpful throughout my time here. From day one, their genuine willingness to assist and address any concerns has made a significant difference in my living experience. Whether it's answering questions, providing guidance, or promptly resolving maintenance issues, their friendly and approachable demeanor has created a positive and supportive atmosphere. It's reassuring to know that there's a team of people who genuinely care about making sure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of.”

“Nice place. Gym needs work. Hallways were cleaned but need updated lighting.Never got to use pool. Would have been nice to have the parking at the back separated from restaurants. Other that nice place to live... Several restaurants in the area and always something going on”

“This place is amazing, I have been here for almost a month and the staff here is great. Every person I have came in contact with always has a smile on their face and positive attitudes. The front desk is amazing, and when I need something there is no hesitation it gets done in a timely manner. The management team is outstanding. This by far is the best extended stay I have stay at, and if you need a place to stay at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend staying here. Keep up th good work.”

“I've been a resident for two years now. Moved here from NYC by myself so I wanted a community that was safe and accessible to grocery stores, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, yummy dining options and still affordable. Minutes from the 4mile creek greenway trail! I'm really blessed to have found it at Canopy! My apt is huge for the price and with windows that look out to a beautiful canopy of trees.I'm on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. When my family and friends visit, they love my apt and the peace of the community. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved and the maintenance staff is kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Lester is great! The gym is amazing (I need to use it more!) and when I was having issues with my wifi router, I was able to go work from the business center boardroom in the clubhouse very conveniently. The leasing office also puts on some cute and fun events--where you get to meet your neighbors.”

“See updates at bottom of review:Maintenance is slow to nonexistent. There was/is paint splatter all over the flooring when I moved in. I reported it on the move in checklist as well as the online maintenance system. They went in and marked it as completed but there is still paint everywhere.The leasing agent stated bathroom door had been "kicked in" by the previous tenant and it was on order and would be replaced when it arrived. The door was kind of patched but doesn't close well or lock and it has a huge crack across the bottom and it's coming apart.I'm obviously keeping those screen shots/emails should they try to charge me some exorbitant amount at move out as other google reviews suggest.I've been waiting over 60 days for touch up paint and HVAC filter. To me, these are me being proactive/preventative to their property. Don't new AC filters prolong equipment life?The one time maintenance did come in to change a bulb that I clearly stated was over the stove, they took $100 worth of HUE smart bulbs from over the bar instead. (they did order me some new ones)Zero insulation in this building, it sounds like my upstairs neighbor runs a bowling alley. Tons of AirBNB traffic, but so far the guests haven't been an issue.I emailed the leasing agent on 12/13, no response as of yet. He's always really nice and seems to want to be helpful, just never follows through with anything.I haven't seen any pest control in the 90 days I've been here, starting to see some roaches.Great location though:)1/4/2023 update:Facilty staff called and came out less than 24 hours after my initial google review. They brought touch up paint, HVAC filters and provided evidence of attempting to order a new bathroom door from one of their suppliers.I forgot to inquire about the pest control but I'll ask when I connect with him again.The staff person who called and came over is great. Super nice guy, even gave me his personal number in case I have any more issues. Good recovery Park at Drexel, that's all it took, a response. Thank you.”
