Our maintenance team is outstanding! They are always quick to respond to work orders, efficient in their repairs, and consistently professional and friendly. No matter if it's 100 degrees outside or pouring rain, they're out there working hard to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Their dedication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic do not go unnoticed. We are truly lucky to have such a hardworking maintenance crew!

This apartment complex is perfectly located in the heart of Noda (36th/Davidson). The amenities are incredible and it is extremely dog-friendly. The maintenance crew is extremely responsive and helpful. The leasing/office team is also responsive to tenant needs and works really hard to ensure the the overall living experience is pleasant. It’s more than just a bunch of apartments - its a community within a community. Thank you Mercury NoDa.”

The apartment's are within a mile of multiple grocery stores restaurants and every need of life. “The homes and community are in great condition, the crown molding is a nice touch. Full of families and friendly neighbors. The management team is helpful, kind and cares about the residents, especially the Community Director, Kiana. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough. My favorite is the indoor basketball court and fitness facility which are exceptional, as is the surrounding area with plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do.”

“The Villages is a nice and peaceful community. Apple, the property manager, has honestly been such a big part of why I continue to call The Villages home. For the past four years, whenever I’ve had a question or concern, she always makes sure I feel heard and does everything she can to help. That level of care and consistency means more than she probably realizes. She truly cares about her residents, and it shows.
Truly appreciate everything Apple has done over the years to continue making The Villages feel like home. She’s not only an amazing property manager, but a genuinely good person. A special thank you to Mr. Lisa, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. She took the time to give us a great tour of the entire community, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The leasing process was also incredibly convenient. We were able to complete and submit all of our documents online, which made everything so simple and smooth. We truly appreciated Lisa’s kindness, patience, and willingness to help us throughout the entire process.
The community itself is amazing! We absolutely love our apartment and are so happy to call this place home. The atmosphere, the property, the people—everything has been wonderful so far.

My rate is fair, and word of mouth indicates that it's a common feeling. My unit is wonderful, and any issues (power outages, parking garage gate) have been quickly addressed and resolved so far. She came out the gate with all the information up front for fees, base rent, amenity package, etc plus had answers at the ready for any additional questions that came up. She is kind & friendly, professional & knowledgeable and went above & beyond by scheduling a virtual tour for me so I could see the place before signing a lease from Austin, TX! She’s the reason I chose to live here, and I’m SO glad that I did!

“They really did a great job renovating the rooms. I got all new everything. ( mattress, mini fridge, dresser, and night stand.) They even put a new comforter and sheets on the bed. The floor looked amazing. The service Justin is such a nice guy. Always answers my questions politely. The only problem is the dumpster on the side is so over filled it needs to be taken away and emptied. It smells awful. I like there for the time being. Its just until we can get into a apartment. Hope this helps.”
