I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place - especially the staff. Kevin and Destinee are absolutely incredible people who went above and beyond when I brought my car into them earlier this week. They are so kind, helpful, thoughtful, and caring. Just all around genuinely good people.When it turned out the part I needed wasn’t available at their location, Kevin got in his car and drove to another store right away to pick it up for me. Moving forward, I’ll only go to them if and when I need testing done or car parts.Also, Jr. Hill who does mechanic work there is also absolutely AMAZING. I cannot praise these people enough. I needed a new alternator and not only did they give me a fair and honest price, Jr. Hill put his other car projects on hold to help me out and replace it right then and there in the parking lot because he knew it was my father’s birthday and I had plans. He is very honest and gave me such a fair (low) quote I thought I misheard him! I will use him for all my car needs in the future.I highly recommend this store and it’s incredible people. Go to them with your car issues and you won’t regret it!

Normally a professional place. Haven’t been in here for a month or 2. I came by to get a part and seen an open register. I walked up to the young man (Dylan i believe) but he said that he was closed, while he was talking into his earbuds the whole time. I was confused at first but I proceeded to tell him what I needed, after retrieving my part he goes on to tell me that all sales are final, which I know isn’t true and carries on with his conversation over the phone stating that he hates black people (as a joke) to a co-worker of his. Both of which are black themselves. Very immature and unprofessional employee. I have been going to this location for over 15 years and I have never been met with this level of unprofessionalism. Please train your employees to carry and communicate themselves in a more appropriate manner. Stay away. 5/31/2023 5:30pm.

how they close at 8pm but the doors were closed by 7:45pm? Both of the men were sitting on the register counter on their phones and shouted “WE’RE CLOSED”. I told him the door says 8pm and he shouted again “Well WE’RE CLOSED” lol don’t worry corporate is getting a phone call tomorrow.

Now, let me articulate my two stars. Going back a minimum of about 4 years and beyond, this was a high standard Advanced Auto. However, an analysis of the last few years, reveal it's decline. The last year hitting bottom. Don't be fooled by the owner responses on here, intended to project concern. The store has a tense energy as the staff is primarily young, absent of communicative skills and exhibiting underlying aggression. Simple misunderstandings or disagreements that are normally encountered in retail, are taken as confrontation here. It's very awkward and unsettling. Never thought I would get an unsafe vibe, INSIDE a car parts store. Yet, feel completely safe visiting the nearby Family Dollar, AutoZone or Walgreens in same area.

The one-star reviews are quite justified. Unless you're lucky enough to encounter the 60 + yrs. old gentleman, that may or may not still work at this location. You're going to engage one of the younger guys, who have the customer service of a rock. Mumbling, detached, indifferent, and seemingly unable to exercise social skills in a civils setting.

The one guy wearing a white hat with eyeglasses was very helpful. Other guy working in the store was very rude because I had return the part didn't fit my car.
