“Just moved in and the experience in the cloisters has been the best I could ask for. I recently moved from another state and started touring here roughly eight months before moving from my hometown. Me and my significant other met Reyna to tour the property and she was very nice and extremely helpful with the entire moving process. The unit itself was very well designed and spacious for two people. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to live near charlotte and explore the NC lifestyle!”

“My family and I decided on Tower Place for our first apartment. At the beginning I was lost doing EVERYTHING. When I finally emailed the community manager Wendy. She was one of the most professional, caring, helpful people I've ever dealt with. She guided me through the whole process with ease and was always right on top of getting back with me no matter how often I had a question. I assumed after moving in, I would never speak to her unless I had a problem. That was so not the case at all. She always made sure we were happy with where we were, continuously up until the day we moved out and even afterwards! If we hadn't needed to move due to my sons school district changing, we would most definitely have stayed. The complex was quiet and clean, no loud music, no hearing anyone upstairs, and best of all, Wendy stayed in contact with the entire community about any events that would be coming up. She even let everyone know when or if the office would be closed so if we needed her or any other staff, the entire community was prepared in advance. I never had a problem getting my Amazon packages delivered, and when somthing from USPS was dropped off, it was held in the office un could collect it without incident. Thank you Wendy for making our time at Tower Place the most pleasant from beginning to end! This complex will be our number number 1 choice.”

“I lived in Legacy Concord for 5 years and I loved it there. The location is excellent, close to interstate and lots of shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the area is safe. Personally, I never encountered any issues related to crime. Staff is awesome and maintenance requests are handled expeditiously. If you're looking for a great place that's affordable, look no further. This place checks all the boxes.”

“I've been living here for 8 years. The building I live in is quiet and no kids. I'm near the rental office and mailboxes. Very convenient to stores and community events. Currently we have a wonderful property manager and office manager. The maintenance man is above top notch! Not thrilled with the management company at all. That is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. If it was for the staff at complex they are 5 stars!”
