Great place to live, been here about 2 years. Liz and Sammora do an outstanding job, always tend to my needs as a tenant, they put on amazing events for us and every holiday season the lobby is decorated and festive, so very thankful for them.

I just leased a unit at this property. Great location, great unit. Everything is clean. My special thanks to the managers Somora and Lucy - they showed me all available units and lead me through all paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place for rent in Charlotte - actually, it is the best from I was looking for.

While delivering here during business hours. The leasing staff allowed me to use the staff bathroom. And if you ever do deliveries, you know sometimes having access to the bathroom is rare. So that was very much appreciated.
