Worse staff ever, I am trying to ash her how to file a claim online, she said " I don't know, what you want me to do". I told her morning I come and one stuff help me file a claim online but I forget how to do it again. And she said "you find her she work tomorrow" . And I try to ask again : " can you show me how to file a claim online". Finally she stand up and give me a paper have information for claim, she should do that when I ask first time. Her attitude really bad. I come at 6:30 on April 24

Went to upgrade and trade in some phones and purchased a new watch. We were sold a watch that we didnt ask for. We went in the next day to return it as it wasn't what we ordered. It remained on the bill for over 2 weeks. I talked with support and found out the trade in phones also would not come off the bill for another 2-3 billing cycles. This is not what we agreed to and they intentionally tried to not show me what my monthly bill would be since "it looks funny now because it doesn't have the reimbursements for your exchanges on the bill yet but it will be corrected before the first bill." So understanding I agreed and signed. I accused them of theft if I'm not granted what was promised $2000 ($1000 for each exchanged phone). I will be taking this to the BBB and fighting the charges with the credit card company. I will also most likely be switching carriers if this is not settled timely and appropriately.

Great customer service! I was greeted immediately and was helped within five minutes. Whitney helped me upgrade to the Galaxy S23 Ultra and she was fantastic. The only AT&T store I will go to.

Excellent service! The ladies in this store are sooo helpful. Every problem I had they were there and ready to solve. Lamya was so kind & Whitney was amazing as well, she took her time with me and I really appreciated it. Wonderful experience !
