Went in to modify my current plan and to drop a line. When I left, I was told that my bill would drop by almost $100, felt great!I anticipated the next invoice to be higer for overlap. However, the next two invoices it went up $100+ each month!I called ATT and they changed my plan again, but couldn’t care less that I was just ripped off by $250+ ! I kept asking about a refund/credit and how this happened and all I got was let’s get you a better plan.Imagine how many times they do this to us and how much extra money ATT makes per year.Stay aware!

It is a corporate store and I was there to drop off 4 old phones, the staff member asked me for a lot of details including my account pin and after 15 minutes of trying he couldn’t figure out how to take the phones. I shared with him that 2 weeks ago it took an agent 2 mins to do the same at another store. He said he worked hard to get the job and didn’t want to loose it and wants to be thorough. I didn’t have any confidence and left after he tinkered in my account for 20mins. I was concerned he would mess up something else .there is another location in Indian land which was super and processed all 4 tradeIns in 5 mins.

I was blown away with the Blakeny storefront rep’s quick ability to zero into my issue and solve my frustration within a very reasonable amount of time. Before I visited the ATT site in Blakeney I had made6 calls over 3 months with unacceptable delays on the phone and then driving around CLT from store front to storefront with more waiting time in line for my turn.. I lost my patients calling and not getting anywhere. I then got the same unsatisfactory results getting into botts circular questioning repeating same questions with same a b c etc possible answers and then, I kid you not, the question was repeated over and over. Using chat to help your clients is a big mistake when you do not have the right question preprogrammed. Thank goodness I have found the Blakeny store front.

We had a person named Ethan who took great care of us, and was very patient with us. He also answered all our questions no problem, and even told us about some deals that were going on related to our phone purchases. I ended up getting myself an Apple Watch after the conversation. A very appreciative person to get my phone from. Thank you ATT!

I went into the store to get information about getting a new phone as mine is on it's last leg and David was very informative and patient with me. Although I didn't leave with a new phone I left with a lot of knowledge and felt very taken care of. David is definitely an asset to AT&T!

I absolutely LOVE this store! The staff is awesome! You are always greeted with a warm welcome from the courteous staff. They go above and beyond to solve all of your wireless and internet needs. I don’t think I’ll consider visiting another store in the region. THIS IS MY STORE!!

I’ve been to this store several times and they are always prompt to check me in and realistic about the wait time. Most recently I went in and Hannah helped me. I had my son with me (8mo) and she was so kind and speedy knowing the mom life is always busy!

I received the best customer service since becoming an AT&T customer over the past couple of years. There were two customers ahead of me when I came in. I was greeted by one rep who shared he would help me after he wrapped up with the customer. In the meantime, another rep came from the back room who greeted me with a smile and asked if I had been waited on. I hadn’t, so she asked how she could help. The rep’s name was Marty. If only AT&T could clone her. She walked me through my account and resolved my concerns.She spent the time to make sure that allMy questions were addressed. I'm sorry I just did a survey and I accidentally put dissatisfied. When in reality. I was Extremely satisfied with Maria's services. She my go to at AT&T. I only deal with her. As far as I'm concerned. She's the best.

On yesterday while running errands with a friend he mentioned he needed to go to AT&T so I looked up one for close proximity however the reviews weren’t the best but we went anyway bc reviews can be misleading and honestly it was Sunday not a lot of options Troy helped him and let me say he rolls out SUPERIOR customer service he was attentive he answered questions with knowledge and confidence and he didn’t rush even though it was close to closing time this store was also clean which is always a plus I recommend this location 10/10 great job Troy
