    The absolute worst costumer service I have ever seen and am not picky .when I came for my confirmed reservation they had no cars ,tried to up sale me by over 100$ and were rude about it basically told me to walk to the next rental

    Reserved a car 3 days prior pick up.
    Came in to pick it up only to be told they dont have any rentals!??! make it make sense.
