Banfield Pet Hospital

Banfield Pet Hospitals, Veterinarians
Hours: Banfield Pet Hospital is a veterinary clinic that offers caring and friendly service for pets and their owners. The staff and vets are known for being understanding, attentive, and making efforts to connect personally with clients. Many appreciate the helpful explanations and the absence of appointment fees, which helps reduce worries about costs. The wellness plan is highly recommended, as it has saved pet owners significant money on lab work, meds, and treatments. The clinic is especially praised for its care of senior cats and for welcoming new puppies during their first visits. However, some concerns include limited appointment availability, with wait times of up to three weeks, and occasional issues with punctuality, such as delays at the start of the day. Overall, Banfield Pet Hospital is appreciated for its great staff, quality care, and dedication to pets’ well-being, though improvements in availability could make it even better.
