“Rea Road Animal Hospital may not be the cheapest but I trust them implicitly with my dog. I have liked each vet that I have met there. Dr. Gillis has seen Luna a couple of times for her sensitive stomach and he has been great and solved her problem. He's old school and loves animals.”
“Leah and Dr. Murray were fantastic. Although this visit was more expensive than I was anticipating, the care they gave my girl Margo was worth it. She is happy and not inflamed anymore, woohoo! They were reassuring, patient, and so kind to Margo. They made sure to fill me in on each step they took, and Dr. Murray made sure to ask about giving Margo the steroid shot for her inflammation before she did it. They both told me how good Margo was despite her nervousness. After Dr. Murray explained Margo's treatment plan, Leah stayed with me to make sure I understood how to implement Margo's treatment plan and clarified all questions I had for her. I have also had an amazing experience with Dr. Fackrell. She was also so kind to Margo, gave her all the many treats she deserved, and was extremely attentive and thorough. Thank you!”

“I will say the service can be a little slow. But when you want someone to give extra time for your cat, wouldn't you want them to take the exact same amount of time? So if you're willing to be patient to wait a little bit, it's completely worth it. The staff is very friendly. They all have been there obviously for a while. I do recommend these people for your cat care. We have multiple clients that go there. And as well, our cats. We had a cat have a leg removed due to a sarcoma.I think she did a phenomenal job.The surgery looks great.She's healing fast and the sutures look awesome.”

“All of the staff here is incredible. My cat Mue had been sick for many months and been seen by her old vet twice, where her condition was brushed off as bladder inflammation despite losing 1/6 of her body weight between visits. Dr. Toth listened to us very intently and utilized her recent bloodwork from the old vet to come up with possible conditions it may be as well as treatment plans, saving us in unnecessary bloodwork and charges. It’s been a few weeks of her new treatment plan, and Mue has done a 180. Her personality is coming back as well as her weight.
I’ve also brought my exotic animals here throughout the years and they have always treated them with kindness and care, as well as compassion when I had to put my sweet hedgie down.

“Over 20 years I’ve tried different vets in Charlotte from University to South End. I think all of those places made me lower the bar for what a normal vet experience is and I didn’t realize it until going here. These people are fantastic. My dude loves going here, they actually treat appointments as appointments (my average visit is like 15 minutes) and they truly seem to care. With my last guy, I got a clean bill of health from a prominent South end vet (right next to Mac’s……) but the folks at Uptown immediately felt his stomach and realized he has a tumor and my time was limited. That was a blessing to know so I could spoil him. And I’d never have known if I’d kept going to the other vet. I tell everyone to go here and they get turned off that it’s in uptown because of parking but they validate parking and it’s totally worth it to get staff that actually care.”

“We had such an amazing experience at Pineville Animal Clinic! From the very beginning, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. They acknowledged and treated our pets like they were our kids—which, of course, they are! ❤🐾
The care has been excellent, from scheduling our appointment to the care and attention we received once we arrived. But most importantly, our dogs were relaxed, chill, and actually excited to greet everyone! Seeing them so comfortable and happy told us everything we needed to know.
We recently moved from the West Coast, and finding a great vet for our babies was incredibly important to us. We wanted a place where they would be genuinely cared for and where we could feel confident they were in good hands.

“We have had such a wonderful experience with Hight Veterinary Hospital and are so grateful for the care they have given our cat, Hoya.
Most recently, Hoya developed a painful tooth infection/abscess. We brought him in first thing in the morning after noticing worsening symptoms, and the team was able to see him right away. They were incredibly thorough, quickly identified the problem, and started treatment. He has continued to improve so much since then, and we are extremely thankful they caught the infection and treated it promptly.
What I appreciate most about Hight is how thorough and attentive everyone is. I always feel like our concerns are taken seriously, and they take the time to really examine Hoya rather than rushing through the appointment. This is especially important to us because he is an older cat with significant heart disease and his care can be more complicated.
The entire staff has also been wonderful—kind, compassionate, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On top of the excellent care, their pricing has always felt very reasonable and transparent, which I really appreciate.
It is such a relief to have a veterinary team that we trust with Hoya. We have been genuinely impressed with our experiences here and would highly recommend Hight Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a caring, thorough, and trustworthy veterinary team.”

“We started coming to Central Providence back in '03 when it was owned by Dr. Booker. We liked the practice then and have been so pleased with the changes since Dr. Tabony took ownership. We have had great experiences with Dr. Tabony, Dr. Krupp, and Dr. Bamonte and trust them fully with our pets' care. They've seen our senior retriever through some rough times in the past four years and just helped our young cat through surgery to remove a bladder stone. They genuinely care about each pet and each pet owner, and it shows. They manage their schedule well, yet I've never felt rushed. Communication is clear and consistent too. “I switched to Cotswold Animal Hospital for my 2 dogs this year and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The vets and all staff have been so kind and friendly-they really care about my dogs having a comfortable and positive experience. It has been easy to get appointments for problem focused and well care visits, and we have gotten in and out without long wait times. The office runs very efficiently and I love being able to request appointments online with a timely response. I appreciate that the vets don’t immediately jump to doing a bunch of tests and procedures immediately when one of the dogs has a problem-one of my dogs recently had an issue and Dr.May recommended watchful waiting. This saved my girl a painful procedure and me money because the problem resolved without any need for treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

I continue to love this Vet practice and their approach to the pets and parents they serve. The sweet front desk staff, the vet techs/assistants, and the vets all work together to make our visits as stress free as possible. We were worked in for an urgent visit on a very busy day and we felt like we were the only ones they had to take care of. Dr White and his assistant Michelle did an amazing job taking the time my fearful dog needed to have the best possible experience. I have now met all 4 of the vets here and I can’t say enough about their kindness and care if my dogs and me. I am so grateful for my Vet Home.”

Nala, our mini Labradoodle, was a little anxious about getting her vaccine and having some blood drawn, but they were both so sweet, kind, gentle, and patient with her throughout the entire visit.
