A truly unpleasant banking experience in every way possible. BoA is clearly getting left behind technologically and I'm looking forward to the day BoA closes up shop for good-- it can't come soon enough.

Calling the 800 no. Is very difficult to do as you have to wait 30 minutes before someone answers and they are also rude and hang up without giving assistance.

Worst bank services in US many many fraud charges stupid bank never removed even after 27 years paying for ID theft never assisted with their own breaches of my personal info . Just like common criminal behaviors these reps at all locations even corporate VIP S I visited did NOTHING !! IN 3 DIFFERENT STATES !!!
