I’ve cashed the same check many times before. Lindsey Sopcich racial profiled me assuming my signature don’t match the previous one and it’s over the amount of the last check WHICH I CASHED THE SAME CHECK WITH A LARGER AMOUNT BEFORE! Lindsey don’t be such a KAREN!

"I recently visited this branch to deposit a check, but the entire process was very slow. I had to wait for over 20 minutes just to talk to a representative. After depositing the check, the teller informed me that only a certain amount would be available immediately and I would have to wait for the rest. This was not a problem for me. However, the available amount was much lower than what the teller had initially told me. When I called back to inquire about the issue, everyone seemed confused and unable to explain what was happening. I even called the corporate number, but they were not helpful either and advised me to go back to the branch. Overall, I do not think the branch is competent, and neither was corporate."

This branch is Very incompetent! Give out wrong information and when asked about it they point fingers! I never in my entire life doing business or personal account with truist ever again!

I visited this branch on a Friday afternoon and Jaleen was super helpful and kind. Everyone working here had great attitudes and seemed super nice. Great experience for me!

I came today near closing time to straighten something out with my debit card caused by the merge from SunTrust to Truist, and although it took a group effort to solve the issue, Martha and Jose happily stayed a little late to get me all squared away. Martha was by far the most pleasant and helpful person I've ever experienced at any bank branch location and Jose was very knowledgeable as well! Thanks for all your help! ? Bonus - it seems like most of the employees at this location are bilingual!

Another closed branch in EAST Charlotte, a community in need.They do have a beautiful expensive building uptown, so they got that going on..but you can't make any transactions in East Charlotte. ..looking for a new bank

Very small branch 5 people and you are standing outside.After Covid the Drive thru is the only way to bank here. They are behind bullet proof glass and are wearing masks.1st Citizens is open so I moved my money there.Bye.
