The employees here were well-spoken, kind, listen, and we're genuinely eager to help. Truist hires, as most big banks do, intelligent, people - persons who greet and interact directly with the public. I enjoyed being there.

Another closed branch in EAST Charlotte, a community in need.They do have a beautiful expensive building uptown, so they got that going on..but you can't make any transactions in East Charlotte. ..looking for a new bank
