Older Spanish lady at the tellers desk is so rude and nasty she needs to be fired . She does not need a job working with people someone had to step in to assist because she didn’t want to assist me with setting up account smh . Worst customer service and worst location I have been too .

Worst bank experience I’d had. Front desk workers were ignoring a line of about 9 people; waited in line for 10 mins. 3 people left. I finally left without completing transaction. Almost felt like I was in twilight zone - not sure if it was a glitch in the matrix or what’s going on. Maybe come check it out if you want to be in a social experiment.

Huge thanks to the tellers at this branch! Our car got stuck in shift lock, so I ran in and asked for a paperclip to fix the problem. They didn't question it, they treated me just as well as one of their customers.

Arrived at bank at 4:26 pm on 11/15/22 Tuesday and the doors were locked. Should have been open to 5pm. Another example of Truist customer service!

I needed to make a hefty withdraw and the staff was very helpful and understanding. They even gave me a nice zipper bag to hold the cash. I think that a lot of the negative reviews are from people with an overdeveloped sense of entitlement. These people have to do their job right to protect your identity and assets. I give a 5 star review for customer satisfaction.

Excellent service provided by Courtney. She went out of her way to help us out in understanding what services we needed from the bank. Extremely patient and professional. I felt valued as a long term customer. This is my go to bank hands down.

Extremely rude tellers. I dealt with Maria. She’s was very rude and refused me to talk to a branch manager. But I’ve been with this bank for ten years and never experienced service like I’ve dealt with today

Service is extremely slow, they usually have people who could be helping with in person cashing, but instead everyone is on drive thru. 20-30 minutes to deposit a check that takes 2 minutes. Very nice and respectful workers, but poor management.

The bank publishes that they're only taking in-person inquiries by appointments only. I make a reservation, wait two days for my appointment, and arrive to find out there are no branch managers to assist at this location. My information is now being referred to another branch manager that will call me in about three days. I never have a great experience at this branch but this one was the icing on the cake for me.

ZERO customer service! They make their rules as they go. I have received conflicting info from this branch on more than 1 occasion. They are not in the business of caring...they are just there to get a check. I will be closing my accounts at this location.

I am dissapointed . I feel like I am being fed a bunch of technicalities and nothing is really being done to reassure me . I have been dealing with a fraud case where a large amount of money left my account. I had to wait a inconvenient amount of time for the "pending fraud " charges to drop off . The reason I am so dissapointed is because I thought the case resolved itself and I received my money back . After checking my account like a mad man , today I noticed my money back in my account . It was a good day ....until the same "fraud charges " hit my account that was supposed to be blocked , suspended ,etc . I even attempted to call customer service who I am reassured is just a empathy call center with no solutions , to move my.money over to a safe account and they could not . I am frustrated , tired , confused and feel like I should not have to go through this to safely secure the money I work for .
