Marcus Burns is a great manager. Our company still gets personal service from him. He follows through with our request in a timely manner and that is so much appreciated these days with the banking industry. The tellers also give us great service.

They charge an $8 fee to cash a check on one of their clients account if you, yourself, don't have an account with them. Insane.

I pulled into the drive thru, sent my transaction in....a truck pulled up after me...sent their transaction in , got it back and left before I got mine back.....drive thru is very irregular in service. Being I walk with a cane 8t is convenient...I have waited up to 10 minutes to have my transaction taken care of.....
