Great customer service, a part of my order didn't arrive due to shipping delivery company and Belk reshipped my order quickly and satisfactory.

Purchased something from them that I needed by a certain date. Several days after making the purchase, that cancelled my order with no reason given. Now it's too late to get it from somewhere else in time. This was the first time buying from Belk and I will never shop there again.
