BikeSource Charlotte is a great shop with great service and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The folks go out of their way to ensure an awesome experience, exceeding expectations. They are very easy to work with, professionally trained, and courteous. The staff actually cares about getting customers exactly what they need without overselling. Customers completely trust them and would not bring their bike anywhere else. The service department works on all brands and types of bikes. As the largest Specialized dealer in the region, they carry a wide range of bicycles for every type of rider. The shop is located in the Park Road Shopping Center and has been in the Charlotte market since 1995.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting new cycling shoes.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! They have a big selection of bikes and gear and the staff is passionate about biking which makes it a fun learning experience when you visit! I’ll be back to get a new bike when I’m ready!
