“This is a great Disc Golf store with very knowledgeable employees that are very helpful and nice. My only gripe on why I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5 star is because I do not like the new arrangement they have done with their discs. They used to have it arranged by the manufacturer and is now organized by type of disc. I see the benefits of the new arrangement but I preferred the old one. Still a great store.EDIT: After getting used to the new layout, I see why they did it. I absolutely have changed my mind to it. I enjoy the new layout because I get introduced to more companies and discs I otherwise wouldn't have.”

“Phenomenal service. Langdon at Sun and Ski is an absolutely incredible manager and bike expert. He went completely above and beyond to ensure that I had an incredible experience at Sun and Ski. Not only did he repair the bike I brought in for a reasonable price but did it on a very short time frame when no one else in the area couple help out. So thankful and definitely recommend him and Sun and ski!”

While obviously following the store policies related to providing product information and not directly installing the cargo box, his patience well, I installed it and installing the crossbars and clamps and product information. Pearls were fantastic!!! I've been an REI member for about 10 years and his demeanor approach calmness were fantastic. I just moved to Charlotte and looked forward to this being my go-to REI store. He also made sure to remind me to take a picture of the key number.

“I came in because I was having issues with ill-fitting boots that were causing me pain. Emma took the time to take a look at my boots, resize me, and explain why I was hurting. She brought me out a couple of different options to try on, went over the pro's and con's of each boot, and then heat molded the new pair for me. Amazing service without feeling pressured or rushed!”

“This place is the best! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. We had a damage from a trip to DC- someone really wrecked it while it was parked along the street. We weren't sure if it could be repaired and they hunted down parts for the repair! They are exceptional!”
