Just completed the initial set up for the device. Rob was awesome. Duke was amazing helping us pick out the right equipment and plan. So far it's been a great experience.

Very professional and polite. Got all my questions answered by a real person and not a robot!!! Hope they never change their business model because it works so well with the dinosaurs!
