“I had a great experience at this Verizon location. I had a very old Samsung Galaxy A03 phone and needed help getting my new A16 up and running. I was in the store for over an hour waiting on my slow phone to transfer files and apps to my new phone. I also had a lot of questions. BRAIAN was patience and kind toward me. Not all young people are that way with senior citizens who are not that tech savvy. JAHDAI, also assisted me when Braian needed to assist another customer and was so professional, patient, and kind. I appreciate the wonderful customer service these gentlemen provided. I recommend this location to all Verizon customers!”

“I bought a computer a couple of years ago.. worked well. until today… the day I before my assignment is due at the end of the semester. I have so much work saved on my laptop and there’s No way I can recreate in a few hours. I went into the office today and Mrs. Reyna was absolutely AMAZING! She was able to transfer my information to a new device and now I can complete my assignments on time. So Very Thankful for the excellent service, compassionate understanding, and expertise. I highly recommend J&Y Computers.”

“I usually have good experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are usually competitive if not the best I can find online. Probably the only downside is the neighborhood it’s located in isn’t the greatest… but the store itself is fine”

“Reverus was able to come into a critical situation on very short notice to help our organization. They provided expert technical knowledge, project management and general consulting, without which our response would not have been as quick or robust as it was able to be with their involvement. Reverus is intentional about offering the specific services tailored to the needs of each individual client. I highly recommend them.”

“I recently traded in my iPhone 11 for a 17 PRO and had a great experience with Sam. She was knowledgeable, patient, calming, and great at explaining step-by-step instructions for someone who is far from being tech-savvy. I appreciated her help and had a smooth experience because of it.”
