“I have a small custom cabinet shop and we always require specialty woods and plys. Rugby has a wide variety in stock and the staff are all super knowledgeable and helpful. Today I was on my way to order in person but ran into a bunch of traffic that was going to make me arrive close to their closing time. I called in advance had them pull my order for me. When I arrived it was ready to go and I was out of there in 10 minutes and did not hold up their closing time. Shout out to Jack, you guys are all awesome!”

The visual clutter is worse than clutter actually physically cutting into your manoeuvering space, and if you're easily rattled by that, then sure, you won't like delivering here. ...Or to 80% of other businesses either.
Lady at the front desk was friendly enough. Unloader was stressed and overworked and alone but super helpful throughout. For the drivers whining about space and attitudes - I suggest a career change. You can sell tickets at theaters instead.”
