“Blackhawk (owned by Ace) is a hybrid of an upscale hardware store, toy store, and home goods store.. and I love it! I am always greeted by smiling employees. The place is dog friendly and even has a dog bathing station! Recently, I have come here for toddler toys. They have dinosaurs, puzzles, toy cars, bubbles etc. they are more expensive than online options but the in person experience and friendly customer service is worth the up charge. On the weekends, you find lots of parents with their kids here. I enjoy browsing the aisles since there are so many different categories of home needs sold here.”
“Nabil and his team is great to deal with. They have an unbelievable amount of inventory both new and used (mainly used) for a business. We have built out our warehouse with Nabil’s industrial pallet shelves at a reasonable price. It has greatly help our business to expand. They made it easy for us to select, pay, and pickup (everything was loaded in our truck for us). Go to Priceless and you won’t regret it.”

“Really nice crew there...had me unloaded in 90 min ..only drawback is that it's fairly easy in ..but not as easy getting back out .. especially with their stuff lined up on the asphalt in front of you...if you have a 53' sleeper ...lol will take a little skill and just manuvering to turn around ..even if they had nothing on the ground ...not quite enough room to make a complete turnaround....but it's doable with patience”

Jeff in the maintenance and repair department advised me to register the tool's warranty, which I hadn't done, and that the repair might not cost me anything. Sure enough, that was the outcome and I saved almost $150, thanks to Jeff letting me know the manufacturer had a free replacement program. Next time I need tool repair, I will be headed here.”

“Was in market for a specific ExMark 52” zero turn mower. Went to the ExMark website and called all 7 dealers within 70-80 miles of me. In complete disbelief - 4 out of 7 never called me back. None could answer 2 very basic questions concerning mower and options. I was ready to start over with another brand and my last call was to Faulk Brothers. I could immediately tell they had tremendous expertise / knowledge, honesty / integrity and communication. Plus all of their mowers are kept inside out of the elements until they are sold. Had one lil “hiccup” in my transaction process but Andrew immediately stepped in, took complete ownership of the situation and made everything right. Overall a FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP for outdoor equipment and one I highly recommend. A “cut above” ANY other dealers in our immediate geography.”
