I called and a lady named KATHY hang up the phone on me after I explain to her what was going on, she LITERALLY Hang up the phone on me! And the other lady when I called again left me on hold for a whole 30 minutes.

It has been 121 days since I have been locked out of my bill pay account and can not make any changes. Your team has not been able to help. I will continue to post the days until i receive help. Sorry but this is affecting my family and need to be taken care of.
