forget about these guys. I have an existing rv and auto policy with them and wanted to possibly buy additional coverage. Have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks- 3 phone messages and one email message. No reply! What if I had an insurance emergency? Beware

Horrible customer service. If you don't mind your phone calls and email going unreturned--for years--go ahead and look into this group. Just don't expect to hear back from them.

The RV Odd Squad hooked me up via a utube video with Hector Bonilla at Charlotte Insurance and I have never in my life had such positive fast service with great- NO- I mean a fantastic agent, The price and policy can not be beat.
