“In my opinion State farm deserves 10/10.Had a very devastating experience with flooding in four different rooms in my apartment which destroyed a alot.It was horrible.Called my Agent Kailey and she was on it immediately,I mean immediately.I was with no delay put up at a Hotel,expense paid upfront.Damages paid out in 7-10 business days as was told and I received it in less.Im so happy that I have State Farm for my rental insurance.I felt cared for and not alone on the horrific journey.Thank You so much State Farm.And I appreciate you Kailey for being so understanding and working towards making sure everything was taken care of and also the staff that helped in the process.”

“I have been with Russ Levinton State Farm Ins for a number of years now and I had to make two claims with them. One was a total loss and the assistance i received was great. The process was easy and it surprised me that the time it took to complete the claim was not long at all. The second claim was just body work and within a day I was provided with a rental car and the work on my truck started immediately. I really enjoy the communication that I have with anyone when I call and they are always and have been very nice and professional.”

Nancy is my go lady because she is very knowledgeable, patient and goes out of her way to help me with any insurance questions or problems.
