Chase Bank

Chase Bank, Banks
Hours: This Chase Bank branch receives consistent praise for its helpful, friendly, and caring staff who provide top-notch, phenomenal, and pleasant customer service. Representatives are noted for addressing issues quickly and with good humor, leaving clients satisfied. However, reviews criticize the broader company for abysmal phone support that takes forever. The specific branch location is also noted as not good, with no parking and a desire for more convenient locations outside the middle of the city. In-person service at this location is highly recommended, despite corporate shortcomings.
