Did not get the chicfila experience. No my pleasure..no greeting with a smile. And I actually had to get employees attention to take me order. Very disappointed.

I love this chick fil a! Everyone is so nice. I wish both lanes for the drive thru would be operating to save more time in line and decrease the wait time.
