“I was frantically trying to find something to wear to a last minute event and thank god i stumbled into Pure. I had no idea what i wanted so i literally put it all in the hands of the sales associate, and Aliyah did not disappoint!!! She went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of and I received so many compliments on the pieces she put together. The store itself is very clean and well organized, and the staff and atmosphere is very lively and attentive!! I will definitely be back. Big shout to Aliyah and the staff at PURE Charlotte!!”
“Me and my husband have been coming here every week. We're always greeted by the workers. Before you walk inside, there's always a huge sign with displaying a percentage off. Last time we went, they had a .99 rack where we racked up. Even when we got at the register, we were still able to knock some $$ off. All the workers are very nice as well. We are now regulars here. So we'll continue to keep coming back.”

“What an amazing experience at Bella Princessa! The owner and her staff are absolutely amazing. We needed a dress for my nieces quinceañera. She has Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheelchair. We were short on time and found a few ready made options but because of her proportions the dress we really liked would have needed so many alterations. The owner stepped in and even though she only had 5 days to turn around a custom made new dress she said to my sister in law “Your beautiful girl deserves to feel special and like a princess on her day, no worries I will make this dress you like to her measurements”. We are so grateful! She looked beautiful in her custom made dress. Thank you Bella Princessa!”

“First time at the store and really liked their athletic wear. Mary and Mary Ann were very kind in helping me find clothing that they thought would be best for my long runs. I bought a good amount of athletic clothing and so far, it has felt great. The material is nice and soft and well stitched. I got their long joggers, super soft and fits very well! I am not a fan of running in shorts as they ride up near my thighs, so I got their biker shorts and they were perfect.”

“Old navy is one of my favorite brands. Today at Old Navy Waverly, 9876 Rea Road at 4.30, I was going to buy yellow top, there was only 1 L size and I asked a young guy with short black hair to see if they have another one and he said they are too busy to look for top for me. I said:" Oh, ok" and asked another one, his name is Winsent, and he was really nice and professional. Mr Manager can make him the worker of the month! He is really good!”

“This store was absolutely packed for the Black Friday sales, but let me tell you.. I had incredibly busy associates graciously assist me when I asked. First, I appreciate Latrice for making herself available to me. I haven't worked in clothing retail so I don't know the rules, but she would pause to give me her time to help me find what I needed! She compared what I was looking for on the app to what was in store - led me to it and even answered my subjective questions! Next, the fitting room staff was nice and kept that line moving and rooms were being cleaned in a timely manner and clothes being returned so guests could find them while shopping! Then, Quentin was my cashier and he was patient and friendly with me as I compared my online cart to store cart - so much going on with me in there. I could have gotten overwhelmed & at times I felt in the way, but they kept their smiles and led me through. Finally, shoutout to Manda for making my checkout experience and exit from the store all smiles as well! You all made my only trip out this day well worth it. Whooo hooo for 50% off day!!!”

“This Carter's is located in the Premier Outlets off I-485 south bound. The staff here are always nice and friendly and they keep the store very neat and organized. Most of their clothes are cute and afford. I love all their onesie pjs, especially the fleece ones; they're soft and warm for cold winter months! The only thing I haven't been able to find here are thick two piece pjs. All the ones they offer are super thin. I need the thick ones for my toddler who kicks her blanket off at night and I always find her curled up in a ball in the morning.”

“Absolutely love shopping in Fancy Pants for my new granddaughter. The owner is delightful and very helpful. She spoke to us within minutes of walking in and explained how the store is arranged in sizes. She answered questions and offered suggestions on sizing. Very knowledge and caring about the products that she sales. The clothes are precious and wonderful quality. And she also had lots of wonderful age appropriate items for gifts. I will absolutely be back to purchase more for my granddaughter as well as gifts for friend's babies and children. So happy to have found this store!”

“I had a positive experience shopping for a stroller / car seat! I was fortunate to go in at a time they were slower and had one more employee on the floor than usual. She was super helpful in explaining how each model I was interested in works. It was so so helpful seeing all the models in person - they even let you try out putting the seat in your own car. Much better experience and more knowledgeable sales people than Nordstroms (in my experience!)”

Great sales with a huge variety to select from. This is located right besides the Claire's Accessories store going towards the food court.”
