Citi Trends is a very neat, clean, and organized store, making it easy to find anything. The clothes are extremely organized and easy to search through, with quality clothing for young adults, families, and kids. It offers urban fashion for any occasion, basically fashion for the whole family at great prices. Shoppers can find apparel, accessories, and home trends for way less spend. The store provides many options, from wallets and shoes to sandals and earrings, all at great prices that won't break the bank. The staff is very friendly and the management is on point, going above and beyond to make the shopping experience easy.
Didn't even know they had a citi trend on north Tryon lol It's clean 👌 and smelled good Employees are very nice 👌 they welcome you when you come in

I'm giving it only three stars because every time we've visited, which isn't often, there's always trash right out front, things around the floor inside the store making it unsafe to walk and customer service could be better.
