“Huge shout out to Chandler who took my layover and outfitted me with shirts, shorts, had pants shipped to me and helped me find a new briefcase. But it wasn't just that he helped me get all of those great things but the way he explained the differences between items, understood what I liked from past purchases and really help me see what I wanted in a new briefcase while I tried everyone in the store (literally trying my actual stuff in each different kind of bag).

“Trim, Alex, and Steve (the owner) were SO very helpful. There was another gentleman and young lady that also helped us out that I can’t name. But seriously the most personable experience I’ve ever experienced in the mall. So much so, I purchased a mug as a gift and dropped it and cracked it in half and I went back KNOWING it was a long shot and they replaced it with no questions asked.
