City Inn offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, describing them as nice and accommodating, which creates a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are generally clean and free of bugs, providing a decent stay for those seeking a budget-friendly option. One guest highlighted how comfortable the king-sized bed was, noting it was the most comfortable they had slept in years, making the low price worth it for good sleep. However, there are notable issues with the rooms' condition. Several reviews mention cosmetic problems, such as damaged furniture, missing or broken fixtures like tub stoppers, and issues with the mini fridge. Some guests found the rooms to have a lot of cosmetic issues, and one noted that the fridge was unplugged upon arrival. Wi-Fi connectivity was also a concern, with some experiencing frequent cuts. Additionally, a guest pointed out that certain features, like the bath tub drain, were lacking or needed creative solutions. The atmosphere can be quiet and peaceful, but opinions about the owner vary. While some mention a negative impression of the owner, others indicate that the staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, City Inn provides basic accommodations with friendly staff and a very comfortable bed, but guests should be prepared for some room issues and cosmetic deficiencies.
