This CVS in Charlotte is a typical, nice little pharmacy with all the usual items and impulse buying stuff, making it perfectly suitable for customers' needs. It offers reliable value and is open seven days a week for prescription refills, COVID-19 or flu tests, vaccinations, personal care items, and more. The in-town location is convenient, though parking is rough with very few spots. The staff receives outstanding praise for customer service, with one employee described as so attentive and going above and beyond. Multiple reviews highlight this as the best CVS customer service experience ever, noting the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were apologetic for any service errors and interacted wonderfully with all customers, such as helping a disabled man at self-checkout and explaining pickup options. They recognize familiar faces and operate beautifully in an era where service is often poor. However, the location occasionally deals with significant disturbances. One incident involved a customer causing total chaos, attempting to assault a worker and start a fist fight with another customer. The employees handled the dangerous situation like pros, urging the individual to leave and expertly blocking thrown objects. This event underscores that the workers likely put up with difficult things frequently and should be paid more. Despite such challenges, the team's professionalism ensures a positive experience, leading customers to say they will be back.
The information for the item I ordered, indicated it was in stock at that store. It was not in stock and had to be delivered to that store. My thoughts are if it had to be delivered to that store it could have been delivered to a CVS store that was closer to me.

I arrived to the pharmacy with 5 minutes to before closing and it was already closed, and I saw two separate employees on the other side of the window that would not help me. Do not send scripts here.
