CVS is a busy pharmacy that offers friendly and helpful customer service. The staff, including the pharmacist with dark hair, are usually nice, knowledgeable, and patient, making each visit pleasant. Customers appreciate that there is rarely a line if they go before lunch, though wait times can happen during peak hours. The pharmacy staff, especially Mary, are praised for their kindness and efficiency in resolving issues and helping with insurance and medication needs. The store is consistently clean and well-stocked, even in busy areas. One positive highlight is the manager, Jennifer, who steps in to improve the experience when staff issues arise, providing great customer service and listening carefully to concerns. Overall, CVS is seen as a good place for both shopping and pharmacy needs, with staff that genuinely tries to assist customers and create a welcoming environment.

Is this normal? There's a dirty cigarette butt on the sink in the vaccination area where I got my shot. It's completely unsanitary.

I’m officially done with this stupid pharmacy. They are always out of stock, long time, and people are always pissed off at the pharmacy. It’s asinine. Take your scripts to a non CVS/walgreens pharmacy.
