They were not helpful. Couldn't help me at all and overall just a very poorly run pharmecy. Basically mind-blowing how inefficient the operation is run. Apparently there's another CVS on South Boulevard. Or so they claimed. I can't find it. If you have ANY other options, it will almost assuredly be smoother.
