Horrible customer service. Walmart will answer the phone immediately and tell you which store has your medication in stock. Apparently cvs can’t handle that

What is the point of making a vaccine appointment when 5 employees are working and no one even acknowledges you for 10 minutes to check in and then another 5 even after asking when I'd get my vaccination. Even my toddler losing his patience couldn't get their attention. And to top it off, the pharmacist was totally unprepared to give the vaccine when she came out and had to go back for yet another 5 minutes for who knows what. I only came here because my doctor was out of stock of a vaccine and wish I just would have forgone it entirely. Such a waste of time.

This CVS location Pharmacy is horrible!!!! No Customer Service Support at all!!! They closed the door in my face while I was waiting IN LINE to pick up my 88 year old Dad medication!!! Allllll FIVE people went to lunch at the same time . I was denied service to pick up a prescription. Will not be returning!!!!!!!!

WOW. I had a remarkably terrible customer service experience here and that, unfortunately, tracks with past history here as well.
None of the people in this pharmacy care about your prescriptions, needs, etc. They will actively lie to you about not having the right discount cards, pre-authorizations, information from your Dr, etc.
But on top of all of that, I was eighth in line today for the pharmacy, and when it was finally my turn a gentleman jumped in and asked for his medication. The lovely woman behind me was brave enough to say something out loud in my stead, which ultimately gave me the bravery to speak up as well. No one in the pharmacy would make eye contact with me when we actively complained, and one tech yelled (again, with no eye contact or anything) "he's a waiter too!"
If he had been waiting for his medication, he would have been vocally called to the pharmacy to retrieve it instead of skipping the line, which on a Friday afternoon bleeding into an evening is understandably, rather long.
Management of this situation was terrible. Management of prescriptions is terrible here as well.
Don't go to the Woodlawn location either. It's even worse.
I highly suggest going to another pharmacy entirely.
I never leave one star reviews. This was appallingly rude and terrible customer service.

I ordered a custom greeting card I needed for a birthday this evening from this location, since a different location failed accept a similar order yesterday. I placed the order for this location this morning. I called because I wanted to make sure they received it. I was told it was received but they canceled it because they didn’t have the paper. I have been waiting hours for this order, and they couldn’t even call me to tell me the order was canceled. The woman’s excuse was, “I was waiting until we processed all of the other orders.” That is B.S, uncalled for, and completely unprofessional. The moment you cancel an order, you need to inform the customer. Especially when they are WAITING to pick it up. Service here is atrocious. Send your prints somewhere else to a company with employees that actually care.

Why bother leaving a voicemail and not getting a callback?? This stupid machine pretty much leaves you no option to speak with someone but walks you straight into a voicemail. Sadly it’s the nearest CVS to me

The pharmacist who helped me had an awful attitude and had her AirPods in while she talked to me. She forgot to mention that one of my two prescriptions wasn’t available, even when I asked about it. I would go to any pharmacy but this one in south end.

Only reason I'm giving four stars is because of Jennifer the manager in the pharmacy. Had problems with one employee who had not one customer service professionalism in her she definitely needs a lot of training. But I'm off her don't wanna waste to much time on ignorant people. Jennifer stepped in and made everything better. Thanks for your great customer service and taking time to listen and help me with getting my sons medication.

The pharmacy line is just insane sometime. The staff is usually very nice, the pharmacist with the dark hair is awesome. Always very nice and willing to help people. If you go before their lunch, there is almost never a line!

Stood in the drop off line for ten minutes to drop off my prescription. Got acknowledged after about 8 minutes. Yet staff continued to take guests in the pickup line that came AFTER me. Decided to go to a different pharmacy for better service

The pharmacy really sucks they are always under staffed and I’ve been waiting on 1 medication for 3 days the day of it was a hour the next day they say it’s a hold and it will be a hours sent my mom to pick it up they couldn’t find my med in the system go today and I still gotta wait don’t trust them wit your meds you may end up sick fooling with them 🤦🏾♂️

My scripts are consistently not filled at this location when sent over by my doctor unless I physically go in and ask for it and then I have to wait. Today, I came in to be told I could wait and that it was supposed to already be filled at 10:30am today (I came in close to 4pm, for reference). I walked around the store for 30 minutes, and then waited in line for a second time to be told it wasn’t even started yet and it would be another 15 minutes. The pharmacist then proceeded to get an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her when I said I would have to come back tomorrow because I had already been waiting for 30 minutes. If this wasn’t the closest CVS to me, I would never go here. Do not recommend, stay away if you can avoid it.

Do the city of Charlotte a favor and close this store. I can’t tell you one positive experience I’ve had at this CVS in the last 14 years living within a 1 mile radius. Employees are lazy, shelves look like there’s a hurricane coming, photo kiosks have literally never worked and the employees just laugh about it. Pharmacy sounds like a real dream after reading the other reviews and I love being accosted by the homeless every time I enter and leave. But the icing on the cake was standing in line with an actual strung out crack head 2 inches away from my face screaming Christmas carols in June and screaming how MILK DOES A BODY GOOD. Never again.

Jamaican lady close pharmacy dpt 1 hour early than it should be. No point of saying it's open till 8 if she can sit in the inside on the computer with the gates closed how much sense do it make? Customer service is none existed d3f switching pharmacies going 4wd
