My experience was very good. Making an appointment was easy; My dog came out looking how I envisioned; and he was ready when they said he would be. I was pleased.

awesome experience! The trim looked great, puppy smelled nice, and it’s the first time she hasn’t been visibly stressed at a groomer drop off or pick up. The staff was lovely as well. Glad I finally found a go to groomer in Charlotte after trying so many options!
